⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The Lab Gym in Clane is an incredible place to train. Niall and Megan are top-class coaches who really know their stuff and care about every member’s progress. They offer small group personal training and Olympic weightlifting, both of which are coached to a very high standard. The sessions are well-structured, challenging, and always supportive. Whether you're new to training or more advanced, you'll feel welcome and pushed to improve. The sense of community here is second to none – can’t recommend it enough!

I would highly recommend the lab to anyone looking to stay fit and healthy. It is a very friendly environment with extremely knowledgeable trainers. Whether you are recovering from an injury, an experienced weightlifter or have never been to a gym this is the place for you! Try it out!

I joined the Lab a few years ago to improve my strength and conditioning for Gaelic and I saw massive increase in strength and explosiveness which transferred to the pitch.Since retiring from Gaelic I have transitioned to Olympic Weightlifting in the Lab and I have seen huge difference in strength, flexibility and longevity.I would 100% recommend this gym to people of all sport, all ages and is very beginner friendly.

I would highly recommend the lab to anyone, both weightlifting and the strength and conditioning classes are amazing to be apart of. The encouragement and support from Niall and Megan is just incredible. They truly bring the best out of everyone.The members are so supportive and encouraging too, we always cheer and push each other on, the atmosphere is electric and I have gained so much confidence. Just an amazing place to be😁

Our maximum class size is 8 people. This allows our coaches to maximize the benefits that come with group training. While also being small enough that we can give each individual the personal attention needed for them to get the best results possible.

We have a 2 tier membership systems. This however, excludes promotions.
